Convenient location with decent room and great service. Quiet, yet located on a central street. 5 min walk from Costco, Walmart, major shopping area. Parking outside with engine heaters electric plugs. Simple yet very sufficient for a business trips.

 Verified I admired the courtesy of staff, the cleanliness and safety of the room. ☺ Staff were friendly and understanding. Did not use breakfast because I left early to the airport. ☹ Rates per night was a bit expensive than the near by hotels. Hot water was not available to drink tea/ coffee.  Verified Everything was great except the entrance and lobby area. ☺ I liked the amenities, store, restaurant and sports pub! ☹ My suggestion would be revamp your entrance so it eye catching!  Use LED lights outside with upgraded seating area with eye popping shrubs and mini lights. The lobby is not inviting at all.  A fire place, seating area, water fountain or something with a calming sound would make it much more appealing to return to, Along with a TV.  Verified Room was pretty clean and updated. Beds are soft. It was fairly warm in the room even when I turned the temperature down. But overall it wasn’t bad. There was a minor incident with the homeless pulling the fire alarm at 5am which was frustrating. I feel like they should have safety on the doors during certain hours so they can’t get access.
